You can reach Zermatt by train from Geneva-Cointrin, Milan-Malpensa and Zürich-Kloten airport in around 3 hours. The journey from Bern takes about 2 hours and the journey from Basel 3 hours 15 minutes.

Sion (Sitten), 70 km from Zermatt, can be reached by plane from various European cities. Zermatt has a heliport which is operated by the Air Zermatt. You can drive by car to Täsch, and from there you can continue your journey to Zermatt by train or taxi (5 km).

There are car parks in Täsch. Transportation by taxi can also be arranged.
